These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Lume Rendato ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our analytical web portal, algorithmic intelligence tools, machine learning modules, and related technical services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Nature of the Service

Lume Rendato delivers algorithmic market intelligence, mathematical market modeling, and automated data analysis for digital currency and forex market pairs. The Platform is an analytical technical utility and does not constitute:

  • A regulated financial advisory, brokerage, custody, or investment management service;
  • A formal recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to execute any financial transaction or acquire any financial instrument;
  • A guarantee or warranty of commercial profitability, capital preservation, or algorithmic performance.

All automated calculations, signals, indicators, and prospective simulations displayed on the Platform are intended solely for technical, educational, and computational reference.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

To access and use our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence);
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • Your use of our algorithmic services does not violate any statutory provisions, anti-money laundering (AML) controls, sanctions regimes, or financial market regulations applicable to you in the United Kingdom or your local territory.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, session tokens, and security keys. You accept full liability for all activities, automated workflows, or parameter adjustments executed under your account. 4. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Lume Rendato exclusively for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code, proprietary neural weights, or machine learning routines from the Platform;
  • Introduce malicious software, automated scrapers, denial-of-service vectors, or automated extraction spiders without prior written consent;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication protocols, rate limiters, or geographic geofencing restrictions;
  • Utilize output data from the Platform to establish or train competing predictive commercial engines or software models.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, code bases, neural models, interface designs, trade names, graphics, trademarks, and informational assets present on the Platform remain the exclusive property of Lume Rendato or its respective licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. No implied rights or title are transferred to you.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is delivered strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express, or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Lume Rendato disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous network availability, or the total absence of mathematical errors, latency, or data discrepancies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the United Kingdom, Lume Rendato, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technical partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation includes, without limitation, direct loss of trading capital, lost profits, exchange slippage, loss of algorithmic data, business interruptions, or technological outages arising from your reliance on or inability to operate the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any controversy, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in London, United Kingdom.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to review, update, and amend these Terms periodically to reflect evolving legal frameworks, technological upgrades, and platform features. Revised terms become effective upon publication on this page, with the updated date clearly noted. Continued interaction with the Platform following any revision constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
